Step 1: Determine Your Needs
Think about what you will use the building for — storage, a workshop, a garage, a cabin, or a tiny home. Consider what you need to store now and in the future, so you choose a size that gives you room to grow.
- List the items or activities the building will accommodate
- Consider future needs — it is cheaper to go bigger now than to upgrade later
- Check for any HOA or zoning restrictions on size or placement
Step 2: Choose Your Size
Our buildings come in a wide range of widths, lengths, and heights. Think about where the building will sit on your property and measure the available space, leaving room for delivery access.
- Measure your available space and add 2 feet of clearance on each side
- Consider ceiling height if you need overhead storage or a loft
- Browse our inventory to see common sizes and configurations
Step 3: Select Your Style
From garages and carports to barns, storage sheds, cabins, and tiny homes — pick the style that fits your needs and property aesthetic. Each style has unique features and roof profiles.
- Barns offer maximum storage with a classic look
- Garages provide enclosed, secure space for vehicles and equipment
- Cabins and tiny homes are ideal for living space or guest quarters
Step 4: Customize Your Building
Make it yours with upgrades like electric packages, spray foam insulation, interior wall framing, lofts, porches, windows, and walk-in doors. Choose your siding, roof, and trim colors to match your property.
- Electric packages are available in select locations
- Spray foam insulation improves climate control and comfort
- Lofts add significant overhead storage without increasing footprint
Step 5: Choose Your Payment Option
We offer flexible payment options so you can get the building you need without breaking the bank. No credit check required for Rent-to-Own.
- Rent-to-Own: 24–60 month terms, no credit check, pay off anytime
- 90-Day Same As Cash: pay the applicable same-as-cash purchase amount within 90 days, subject to provider terms

Step 6: Prepare Your Site & Schedule Delivery
Once your order is placed, prepare your site for delivery. Our buildings are delivered fully assembled — no on-site construction required. We deliver across Kentucky, Ohio, and West Virginia.
- Ensure the site is level and accessible
- Clear a path at least 2 feet wider than the building
- Recommended foundations: concrete pavers, crushed limestone, or concrete slab
- Remove any overhead obstructions like power lines or tree branches
